1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Registration and Verification

10. Amendments, Termination, and Governing Law

juan165 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate these Terms at any time, with notice provided via the platform or by email to the address registered on your account. Continued use of the platform following notification of amendments constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

juan165 may suspend or permanently close your account for any violation of these Terms, fraud, security concerns, or as required by regulators. Upon termination, any remaining real-money balance (net of any applicable bonuses) will be returned to you following successful verification, subject to applicable regulatory requirements.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines, and in accordance with PAGCOR dispute resolution frameworks where applicable.
